The sound of thunder and heavy rain with flashes of blinding bright light will send any sweet furry pet to hide for cover under couches, blankets, tables or shiver with fear in our arms. Thunderstorms are terrifying for most animals; especially for those who are stranded on the streets. They don’t have a warm spot in a cozy house to snuggle up against. They’re stuck in the cold hard streets with nothing but the pitter-patter of raindrops soaked in their coat of fur. It’s a heartbreaking sight to see.

The city of Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina, was being hit with a torrential thunderstorm. When a local bus driver saw two stranded dogs drenched in cold rain water, shivering in fear, he did what any human being with a kind heart would do. He provided them with shelter.

In the city of Buenos Aires, everyone knows that the rules and regulations of Buenos Aires’ buses do not allow any animals on board. However, this did not stop the kind bus driver from protecting the scared strays from the thunderstorm.

Passengers snapped a few photos of the dogs and posted them on their social media accounts asking if anyone was interested in taking them in.
