A Florida family says they’ve seen a monster lizard roaming their backyard three times in the last two weeks. The Asian water monitor is still on the loose and Maria and Zach Lieberman say they are afraid for their children’s safety. The reptile, which has sharp claws and a long, slithering tongue, can grow to more than six feet long and weigh up to 150 pounds. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission is working to humanely trap the lizard.
