He took a respectful wholesome picture too. Where privacy wasn’t taken away but the picture looked professional. He was clearly a photographer and lived taking pix of beautiful moments.

Taking a picture of a random proposal is not sus its a public area and he was just up there to snap pictures off the balcony but a beautiful moment unfolded right in front of him.
