The dogs in this area were covered with fleas and had scars similar to the trauma that usually occurs during dog fights. They lived outside on heavy chains and lacked proper shelter — only a blue barrel and an old wooden hut. Despite the dog’s poor condition, the animal rescue and response service noted that they wanted to wag their tail and pay attention.
