Dylan Margucho, 15, also performed at The Voice in Australia these days.

This is a handsome young man in a wheelchair, suffering from Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Duchenne muscular dystrophy is a form of muscular dystrophy that causes degeneration of muscle tissue and ultimately death. It is recessively linked to the X chromosome and affects approximately 1 in 3,600 boys.

Regardless of their illness, Dylan Marguccio always followed his dreams. His great joy is singing, and he can easily perform other tasks, even if he is in a wheelchair.

In The Voice Australia 2020, he imagined that he sang the song “I Want You Back,” but none of the judges pressed the red button. After the performance, he said that the most important thing for him was to prove to patients with muscular dystrophy that he could always follow his dreams in life. As a consolation, he even received a kiss from Judge Delta Goodrem. Listen to the amazing performance of 15-year-old Dylan Margucci from Australia!
