More than a month later, the father of three returned home and surprised his sons and daughters. Morgan Gabrielson, 36, from Chillicothe, Missouri, and his husband David, 40, filmed the moment they returned home from work more than a month later. Construction management contractor David was away from the state until March 4, 2022, and his three children missed him greatly when he was away.

Morgan’s son, 14-year-old Lytton, his daughters, eight-year-old Greenlee and six-year-old Fallon, were sitting in the kitchen when David came through the door 33 days later. The girls couldn’t believe their eyes when they saw their father again and were even happier to see their family when they found out that he had brought home a new puppy.
