Man Standing on Curb Makes Narrow Escape When Two Cars Collide at an Intersection ,I’m pretty sure I see a stop sign on the pole but it’s hard to tell. There’s definitely a sign. The car all the way to the right should’ve stopped if that’s a stop sign.
