Southland Christian Church in Kentucky has just found themselves becoming a viral sensation after they made a hilarious video called “Christmas According To Kids.”

The humorous video features little children narrate the story of Christmas while adults act out the hilarious things that they are saying. The video has quickly gone viral, being viewed over sixty million times!

“She was just doing laundry and then the angel just appeared and she was really scared,” one child narrates as Mary is shown being visited by the angel Gabriel. Later on, Mary and Joseph are seen going to “Bethle-ha-ha-ham,” where they are turned away from the inn and forced to deliver the baby Jesus in a stable.

Hanna Wahlbrink, creative director at Southland Christian Church, explained that she and her team produced the video for the church’s Christmas Eve service in 2015, and it has surprised her just how viral their video went!

“We didn’t ask them to say anything specific,” Whalbrink said of the children. “We really wanted the kids to take the lead.”

“We really didn’t want to script it because we knew the kids would give us better sound bites than anything we could come up with on our own,” added Neil Gregory, the church’s video producer. “And they did.”

Social media users can’t get enough of the video to this day!

“I really really really really really really enjoyed that .it was brilliant,” one social media user wrote, with another adding, “That was so cute. Thanks for sharing it.”
