At just 15-years-old, Kaitlyn Register got her first tattoo. She was 13 when her father, Chad, died of pancreatic cancer. After his death, Kaitlyn honored his memory by tattooing his badge number on her foot in Roman numerals. Now, her mom is defending the decision to let it happen. While some may say 15 is too young for a tattoo, Diana says the badge number on her daughter’s foot is significant.
