A Wisconsin cyclist is lucky to be alive after tumbling through a gap in a drawbridge while the bridge was being raised.

recorded by a Wisconsin Department of Transportation camera on Independence Day shows a bicyclist bypassing the gates on the Racine Street Bridge in Menasha and tumbling into a gap.

Police said the 37-year-old Menasha woman was taken to a Neenah hospital and treated for facial injuries after being pulled out by people in the area
