This video is quite comical but it really did happen. The woman in this video works at a hospital. One morning, she woke up to her daughter being upset because the family dog had attacked Elf on the Shelf and caused him to become injured.

The mom knew just what to do. She rushed Elf on the Shelf to the emergency room and filmed his treatment there. This little elf is now on the mend and able to partake in all of the fun this Christmas season.
